Job Description & Job Details

Position : Account Executive

Salary : RM2,000 – RM2,500

Working Days : Monday – Friday | Saturday (Half-day)

Working Hours :

Weekdays : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Location : 04-08, Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur, No. 210, Jalan Air Jernih, Setapak, 53200 Kuala Lumpur

Job Scope

Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR)

Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) for internal and external use

Monitor company budget, control costs, and recommend financial improvements

Ensure compliance with tax regulations (SST) and statutory financial requirements

Manage company cash flow and ensure financial stability

Use Autocount and related accounting software for accurate data management

Provide strategic financial insights and accounting advice to the founder

Prepare audit documentation and perform monthly bank reconciliations

Process and verify payments and ensure transaction accuracy

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven experience handling full sets of accounts

Proficient in Autocount or similar accounting systems

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance (e.g., SST)

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
