Overview

Role Description : Support and enable Marketing department, providing business program marketing support including but not limited to :

  • Driving the strategy and execution of customized and scalable global partner co-marketing programs and campaigns
  • Developing full year co-marketing framework and managing the approval process and plan globally
  • Program Training
  • Escalation management
  • Noncompliance - work with IIP finance for resolution of compliance queries
  • Localization of content
  • Provide marketing assistance to customers using effective communication, listening and comprehension skills
  • Solve problems within agreed quality standards using a good understanding of customer and the client's relationship
  • Identifies and escalates complex problems to next level of support and resolve as per agreed SLA
  • Familiarizes self with the company partner marketing programs
  • Help to provides solutions / suggestions to customer, following a set of SOP
  • Provide good customer service experience to customers
  • Work on the client's program tools and make necessary entries
  • Understand and respect language and country nuances when talking with the customers in different countries
  • Provide L1 support such as manage daily queries / tickets, troubleshoot basic technical issues (access permission), handle customers onboarding
  • Client management, customer service – from US and Latin America

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in any field. Marketing or Accounting / Finance degree holders preferred.
  • Able to speak any of the languages - English + Spanish / French / Persian / Russian / Portuguese
  • At least 1-2 years working experiences in Marketing / Finance and related fields. Fresh graduates and expats are welcomed.
  • Advertisement background will be an advantage.
  • Good reporting especially Excel or Power BI.
  • Experience working in a multinational company environment.
  • Speaking in decent English
  • Positive attitude and able to drive the issue until resolved.
  • Able to deliver training to the customer
  • Willing to work from 11pm-8am, Monday till Friday, flexible to work in extended hours whenever required occasionally.
  • Willing to work remotely, and commit to be onsite whenever required within Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
  • Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
