Job Description
- Main point of contact for operational matters and critical issues
- Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and accounting packages
- Reviewing consolidation workings
- Drafting disclosure wordings for IFRS / US GAAP
- Reading / understanding Fund documents and explaining key terms
- Overseeing client’s cash management / payment responsibilities
- Authorizing client entities payments
- Onboarding new clients and coordinating bank account opening
- Handling staff issues and ensuring staff motivation
- Assessing / planning work volume / timelines and assigning work flows
- Conducting staff evaluations and interviews
- Providing training and undertaking general administration projects
Requirement to succeed
Private Equity / Real Estate or Fund Industry experience preferredMinimum 5 years relevant working experienceDegree in accountancy or financeSound knowledge of Singapore FRS / IFRS and US GAAPStrong working knowledge of EXCEL and MS WordEffective client-handling skillsStrong prioritizing and organizational skillsAnalytical, meticulous, and systematic approach to workAbility to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-taskIndependent, resourceful, and self-motivatedTo Apply
