Position Overview
As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for ensuring they experience a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will handle inquiries, assist with requests, and resolve issues promptly to provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay. This role also involves managing guest accounts, distributing room keys, verifying registration details, and processing payments efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process efficiently.
- Conduct guest check-outs in line with hotel SOP, including account settlement, payment processing, and issuing invoices.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and tactfully, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and financial transactions in the hotel PMS.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing regular reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent guest satisfaction.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management to support hotel operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
