Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Data Analyst located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. Successful applicants will be responsible for analyzing data and provide insights for informed decision-making in the real estate industry. He / She will be involved in real-estate strategy projects, consulting property developers, banks and other stakeholders on real-estate related topics from corporate strategy, feasibility study, market analysis and many others.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in data analysis in the real estate or related industries
• Proficient in Python (GIS knowledge is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science and related programming course
