Electrical & Automation Engineer Apprentice (Chembong)

Overview

The Nestlé Malaysia Apprentice Programme is a 12 months program which is designed specifically for young talents to equip them with the right skill sets to excel in a fast-paced business environment. Through this program, apprentices will enable the organization to achieve its business strategy of building a talent pipeline for future vacancies.

To assist his / her manager with specialist skill in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity or Automation in the Market in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that the specific MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation / performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.

The Nestlé Malaysia Apprentice Programme offers hands-on experience and exposure to FMCG operations, with a focus on developing technical and professional competencies to support functional areas within the organization.

Responsibilities

The role supports MES-E&A activities in manufacturing contexts, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and contributing to improvements in product quality, plant performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
• CGPA of 3.2 and above.
• Preferably with Supply Chain or any other relevant background.
• A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in having hands-on experience in FMCG industry.
• Able to commit for minimum 12 months.
