Job Summary

The IT Technical Lead will lead a team of technical professionals, solving complex technical problems, developing technical strategies and ensuring the team meets the timeline and deliverables. The primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions from vendors and participate in design to ensure the solution aligns with the Bank Enterprise Architecture Framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to highlight technical and implementation constraints throughout the project, especially during requirements gathering and analysis phases.
  • Prepare IT Solutions Review Deck and Technical Design Specifications (TSD); or review such deliverables from vendors.
  • Supervise the development of the delivery solution to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with backend system teams for the implementation of system interfaces or changes to existing interfaces, including any changes required within the backend systems.
  • Oversee the implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including hardware, software, and networking components.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture design and implementation on Digital or Core Banking solutions, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs, and experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions in Azure. Certification is an advantage.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Project Management certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster).
