Job description

Position : Collection Executive (Mortgage)

Salary : RM2000 + Incentive Scheme (Min RM750, Max RM4000)

Work location : Petaling Jaya & KL

Company Background : Banking and Finance

Must-have requirements :

Minimum a SPM in any field
Basic knowledge in computer literate

Job Responsibilities :

To call customer remind for monthly installment

To update customers information & details in system

Advise customers to proceed with necessary action regarding pending payment

Assist customers for any inquiries related

Try to negotiate with customers

Follow up the payment response as promised by the customers

Ensure monthly instalment been paid as scheduled
