Job description

Overview

Must be able to start work immediately on October 2025. Work location is near LRT USJ 7 / BRT. Contract term : 1 year (renewable for another year or converted to permanent staff after a year with good KPI). Salary : RM3,000 + Shift Allowance + OT. Shift pattern : Monday to Friday, 24 / 7 rotating shifts with 5 days on and 2 days off as per department schedule.

We are a single point of contact to respond to Healthcare Claims on GL, final billing and insurance-related matters based near LRT USJ7. Candidates may be required to email attached Diploma Certs / Degree Certs when contacted.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding inpatient hospitalization admissions.
  • Accurately process and coordinate admission requests in compliance with health insurance policies and procedures.
  • Determine patients’ eligibility for admission based on policy terms and conditions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
  • Communicate and document all admission-related information in a clear, professional, and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to relay necessary information through established communication channels.
  • Review and interpret patient accounts and admission notes to facilitate smooth processing.
  • Handle and resolve patient inquiries, escalating complex cases or complaints as necessary.
  • Ensure all instructions, queries, and service requests are addressed promptly, accurately, and within specified time frames.

Requirements

  • Education : Diploma or Degree.
  • Experience : Prior experience in Third Party Administrators (TPAs) or a science-related background preferred. Nurses are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Languages : Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Availability : Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage medical claims processes efficiently and professionally.
