- Oversee terminal claims processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement claims handling policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of claims professionals to achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex claims efficiently.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure exceptional customer service in all claims interactions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on claims performance and outcomes.
