Trade Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and circulate the Monthly Trade Bulletin by brand after alignment discussions.

Communicate and collaborate with the Sales Team on updates to trade bulletins and promotional plans.

Source and negotiate with potential premium and POSM suppliers.

Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for the development and production of marketing materials

Assist in planning and executing new product launches.

Liaise with production and operations teams on special promotional packs.

Conduct Monthly Task Force activities to identify market opportunities, assess sales execution, and monitor competitors’ activities.

Compile trade photos and submit to relevant principals.

Consolidate monthly claims and share reports with relevant principals.

Support OEM projects (sticker and carton box design).

Plan, arrange, and monitor promoter sampling activities — including location selection, promoter training, sample stock, sampling equipment and POSM preparation, on-ground execution, and post-activity reporting — to drive consumer trial and sales conversion.

Fulfil ad-hoc requests from Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field

Min 2 years’ experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the consumer goods industry.

Excellent communication , negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English, Malay, Mandarin and major dialects

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
