Qualifications
Possess a Degree in Information Technology / Software Engineering or relevant discipline Requirements : - A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an application support or operations role
- Demonstrated strong understanding and practical ability in application troubleshooting and incident resolution methodologies for web applications, including advanced root cause analysis and comprehensive log investigation
- Proficiency in software testing (e.g., functional, regression, User Acceptance Testing support) to validate application behaviour and fixes effectively
- Familiar in database management systems, application server technologies, web application architecture and components

- Lead the management and execution of application security upgrades, patches, and updates to safeguard our systems
