We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This role will be responsible for gathering detailed requirements, designing CRM solutions, and developing / configuring the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform (Sales, Customer Service, Service Management, Contact Center, or Marketing). You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and developers, delivering customized solutions that align with both business goals and system best practices.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate them into CRM solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Configure, customize, and extend the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Service Management, Contact Center, or Marketing)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and write functional specifications
- Design and implement workflows, automation, dashboards, and custom entities / modules
- Configure CRM components : entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, and business rules
- Customize Dynamics 365 CE using Power Automate and PowerApps
- Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and Azure-based integrations
- Support data integration and migration between CRM and external systems (ERP, BI tools, etc.)
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions
- Serve as a liaison between business users and developers to resolve issues and optimize performance
- Monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Document configuration changes, enhancements, and user manuals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience in techno-functional Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementSolid understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and workflowsHands-on experience with system configuration, scripting / customization, and 3rd-party integrationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with SQL, APIs, or ETL tools is an advantageKnowledge of REST APIs and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions) is a plusExperience in integrating D365 CRM with D365 Finance & Operations or external portals is a plusFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodology preferredYour application will include the following questions :
