Program Manager – Marketing & Digital Marketing at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, preferably in a digital or tech‑driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with A / B testing and digital campaign optimization.
Responsibilities
Lead strategy, development, and execution of marketing and digital initiatives (OCR, Buy Button, API integration, SEO, SEM, social media, and digital campaigns).Develop engaging content marketing strategies across online platforms.Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and campaign performance.Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A / B tests, and conversion optimization activities.Report performance of digital campaigns against ROI and KPIs.Collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and creative agencies on growth strategies.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance brand visibility.Seniority level
