At Awesome Studios , we bring ideas to life — and we’re looking for someone who can keep all the moving parts in sync while keeping things fun, focused, and running smoothly.

We’re on the hunt for a Producer / Account Executive who’s equal parts organizer, communicator, and creative problem-solver . You’ll be the bridge between our creative team and our clients — making sure every campaign, shoot, and project runs like a well‑oiled (and occasionally caffeinated) machine.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and build long-term relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee production timelines — from kickoff to delivery.
  • Work with creatives, designers, and directors to ensure ideas come to life beautifully (and on time).
  • Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and production schedules.
  • Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
  • Support pitches and proposals with a clear understanding of both creative and business needs.

Job Requirements

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in production, client servicing, or agency account management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (you love structure, but you’re flexible when it counts).
  • A natural collaborator who can speak both “client” and “creative.”
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and unafraid to make decisions.
  • Bonus points if you have experience managing photo / video shoots or social campaigns.
