Client :
A US MNC specialising in vision care product distribution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from consumers regarding products, orders, and services.
- Accurately enter and track product orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication of delays or issues.
- Manage product complaints, returns, and warranty claims professionally and in line with company policies.
- Ensure smooth shipping, handle tracking requests, and resolve delivery or inventory issues.
- Keep up-to-date with new product releases, discontinuations, and changes to product specs or availability to ensure accurate communication.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements :
At least 5 years of customer service experience,.Excellent verbal and written communication with strong problem-solving abilities.Strong focus on delivering good customer service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
