Supervisor (Retail / Fresh / Receiving)

Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize shrinkage, and maximize inventory turnover.

Make sure pricing is correct

Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff

Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed

Cross collaborate with product and purchasing teams on inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment strategies.

Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock

Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards

Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness

Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets

Handle customer complaints, issues and question

Qualifications

Min SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 of experience in supervising or store management , preferably in the retail sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
