Job description

Position : Customer Service Executive (Voice)

Location : The Horizon, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM 2,500 (Basic) + RM 250 Hardship Allowance (effective from 2nd month)

Contract : 6 Months Renewable

Working Hours :

  • 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM
  • 9 : 30AM – 6 : 30PM
  • 11 : 00AM – 8 : 00PM
  • Working Days :
  • Monday to Friday (Weekends off)

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints via call and digital channels
  • Provide accurate and complete information using internal systems and tools
  • Follow up on case resolutions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism and adherence to company policies
  • Requirements :

  • Fluent in English, well-presented, and professional
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (call center preferred)
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice
  • Background check required (Smart Screen)
  • Job Types : Full-time, Contract

    Pay : RM2,500.00 per month
