Membership Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Membership Consultant located in Shah Alam. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for generating sales of gym memberships, managing member relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Tasks include conducting tours of the facility, following up with potential members, and reaching sales targets while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Experience in Membership Sales and Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to manage Membership and retain members
• A positive, dynamic, and passionate approach to the fitness industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a fitness or health club setting is a plus
