Internship Opportunity : Learning & Development Intern

Troffee Education is seeking an intern to support our mission of delivering meaningful, engaging, and learner-centered experiences. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with and positively impact

over 10,000 students across Malaysia

, while gaining practical skills in training, content development, and project execution.

What you will be involved in :

Assisting with workshops for students and educators

Developing creative learning materials (slides, guides, videos)

Applying insights from learner psychology to improve engagement

Supporting project planning and execution alongside our team

Ideal candidates should :

Communicate clearly and enjoy sharing ideas

Be comfortable with creative tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Figma

Have an interest in education, content creation, or training delivery
