Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive credit checks on prospective clients as part of the onboarding process.
  • Analyze credit reports and financial statements to assess credit risk and financial stability.
  • Utilize credit bureau reports and other relevant data sources to gather necessary information.
  • Prepare detailed credit assessment reports and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate with the finance and risk management teams to ensure alignment with company credit policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit checks and related documentation.
  • Monitor and review client credit status periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with credit terms.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and clarify credit-related queries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credit reporting practices.
  • Responsible for applying incoming payments to customers account accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct reconciliation payment details with invoice ensuring that payments are correctly posted in the accounting system.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies between payment amounts and invoice details. Which may involve investigation of short payments, overpayments or unapplied cash
  • Education / Experience / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in conducting credit checks and analyzing credit reports
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Experience with credit bureau reports and related tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Willing to work based on ANZ working hour and to work during PH if required (6.30am - 3.30pm)
