HR Executive & Recruiter | Hiring IT Sales & Support Team | Connecting Great Talent with Opportunities in the Tech Industry Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential leads in Hong Kong and surrounding regions Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in company products / services Perform canvassing & telemarketing & various channels to generate new business leads Assist to upsell existing products related to HR payroll software Set up appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team Support sales admin tasks & customer enquiries Manage sales records, issue finalise invoices, and compile monthly sales reports Act as a liaison between sales team and customers for quote / order clarification Job Requirements
Strong communication in
English and Cantonese
(Mandarin is a plus) Able to read / write in
Traditional Chinese and English Experience in
lead generation / telemarketing / inside sales / inbound sales Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills Flexible to align work schedule with Hong Kong public holidays Willing to travel to
