SANOVO TECHNOLOGY PROCESS has a global track-record of delivering high-quality and state-of the art horizontal spray drying technology for the food and feed industry. We are on an ambitious growth track for our business and our international brand position.

To expand our sales presence in the ingredient processing equipment market for spray drying solutions across Southeast Asia, we are now looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager with solid international experience, an entrepreneurial, persistent mindset and a proven commercial track record in solution selling.

In response to the increasing global demand for both animal and vegetable proteins and ingredients, as well as the need for sustainable food production worldwide, SANOVO TECHNOLOGY PROCESS is advancing its growth objectives by selling our unique turnkey powder processing solutions and equipment for a wide range of applications in the food, feed, and pet food industries.

This expansion represents a strategic move beyond our core business at SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, which has been a leading provider of processing lines, heat treatment and spray drying equipment to the egg industry for many years and currently holds the position of market leader in this segment.

What is your role?

As the Regional Sales Manager for SANOVO TECHNOLOGY PROCESS in Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for selling turnkey process solutions with horizontal spray dryers for ingredient powder production to local and international producers in the region.

Specifically, the position holds responsibilities aligned with our business objectives to :

  • Actively seek out new target customers and market opportunities and drive the sales process from start to finish with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, manage the project pipeline and new product launches in line with the sales and go-to-market strategy - and supported by lead generation and marketing activities
  • Provide day-to-day management and follow-up through our CRM system on project pipeline, assigned target accounts, leads, prospects and sales network partners to nurture and deliver sales growth
  • Ensure that CRM data is always relevant and updated to ensure pipeline performance tracking together with the global sales and business development team

This position reports to the Managing Director of SANOVO TECHNOLOGY ASIA located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and involves close day-to-day cooperation with the global sales and business development team of SANOVO TECHNOLOGY PROCESS based at the corporate headquarters in Denmark.

What do we expect from you?

The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, independent, and a team player with the ability to understand customer needs. The candidate should possess a "hunter mindset" with a strong personal drive and be capable of identifying and exploring new customer and market opportunities, as the commercial development of horizontal spray drying technology in this region is still in its early stages.

A relevant educational background within the food process equipment industry is required, preferably at the master’s degree level or equivalent.

You possess extensive knowledge and experience in solution selling spray drying equipment and technologies for the food protein and powder ingredient processing industry.

  • On a personal level, you;
  • are results-oriented, exhibit a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, have an outgoing personality and a winning mentality
  • work independently, but you are also a dedicated team player and have strong networking skills
  • have successfully managed direct reports - and worked in international teams - to deliver on their goals
  • work effectively with CRM, sales presentations, sales enablement tools and systems
  • have strong communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English
