Senior Accountant

to join our team based in

Selangor, Malaysia . Will ensure effective finance policies & procedures are implemented for all financial and fiscal management aspects of operations with the objective of contributing to the company in achieving its financial management. Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the account transaction are recorded properly and complied with US GAAP & Local Statutory Accounting Standard Review and improve accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable & payable detail and control accounts Minimize un-reconcile items and long outstanding transaction by coordinate with related department Verify and record revenue recognition by monthly basis Responsible for inventory checking by leading service team for yearly basis Support corporate BPC reporting / prepare financial statement with company deadline Undertake, prepare, and support financial reporting and corporate tax submission & filing Support Month / Quarterly & Year end close activity Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Perform Bi-Monthly filing tax returns- SST to Kastam Liaise with internal & external auditors to prepare all documents necessary for annual auditing, supporting annual audit process Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance 5-8 years’ related work experience within a manufacturing or trading work environment Hands on experience in accounting month-end process and preparing accounting reports Strong hands on SAP S4 Hana work experience Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized Able to work under pressure with strong time-management skills Ability to coordinate, work proactively, and take responsibility in the role Strong problem solving and analytical skills Possess strong service mindset to effectively support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Positive attitude with ability to deliver high quality work in a timely manner Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Possess good command of written and spoken English Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, global environment, builds and maintains constructive work relationships.
