Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Service Delivery Manager
in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT service delivery, ensuring stability of ERP (JDE) platforms, and driving service excellence across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, issue resolution, and a track record of delivery in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery client applications and systems.
- Manage day-to-day IT service operations, ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee and coordinate ERP / JDE system stability, enhancements, and incident management.
- Engage with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT services with operational needs.
- Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and service quality.
- Manage vendors and third-party providers, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Provide reporting, risk management, and escalation management to senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
8+ years of experiencein IT service delivery / service management.
Proven experience managing ERP platforms, withspecific exposure to JDE (JD Edwards)
preferred.
Strong background in incident, problem, and change management within global organisations.Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.Highly organised, delivery-focused, and able to work under pressure.
