Job description

Specialist in :

E-commerce warehouse fulfillment.

Familiar with e-commerce platform (Shoppe, Lazada, Tik Tok).

Proposal Planning

Act as the key person to understand client requirements & expectations.
Responsible for brand / client name and contact details, stock types, product details, type of services and for the delivery date.
Responsible for come out warehouse proposal to suit client requirements & expectation (pitching stage).
Involve in client-servicing.

Team Collaboration & Coordination

Responsible for liaise with E-commerce Key Account Manager for anything related to the project.

Responsible for share warehouse briefs to the warehouse team and coordinate with the cross-department for project related.

Warehouse Planning & Management

Responsible for plan warehouse stock / product process flow.

Responsible for coordinate & liaise with the Project Servicing / Strategist team for new product warehousing planning, product in-bound and outbound management.

Responsible for plan & monitor warehouse guideline for packing, training and stock discrepancies.

Responsible for warehouse manpower recruitment, selection, training & management.

Responsible for team performances / KPI, workload & working schedules.

Responsible for plan & monitor warehouse regulations for pest control, product storing temperature control, fire prevention, safety & security, vendor & supplier management.

Responsible for plan & develop warehouse operation system.

Warehouse Execution

Responsible for stock in-bound and stock out-bound. Coordinate with the Warehouse team on stock / product in-bound management.

Responsible for oversees daily warehouse operations flow & activities.

Responsible for meet regularly with the warehouse team to analyze productivity & develop actionable plans for loss prevention.

Responsible for inspect equipment, tools, & machinery regularly, & oversee general maintenance when necessary.

Warehouse Reporting

Responsible for prepare stock / product reporting

Requirements :

Graduate in diploma / degree (or equivalent) in business admin / business management / logistics / supply chain management (or equivalent).

At Least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Manager or similar role.

Proficiency with warehouse procedures, policies & best practice.

Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Work collaboratively with all levels of departments and teams.

Proficiency with latest warehouse management technology.

Good in vendor relationship management.

Familiar with warehouse fulfilment operations.
