About the role

Feinmetall Singapore Pte Ltd, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Penang, Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements
Develop and present tailored solutions that address customer pain points
Drive overall sales growth within assigned territory
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

University degree or diploma in Business Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics or similiar

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in field sales, preferably in the field of wafer probe cards

Good knowledge of wafer probe card is mandatory

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers

Confident manner, strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Professional command of written and spoken business English

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel to meet with customers as needed
