Pearl Aerospace is a fast-expanding aviation parts supplier connecting operators, MROs, and OEMs worldwide. We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to source and manage aircraft spare parts, hardware, and consumables from global suppliers.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Procurement Specialist – Aviation Spares. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and applying analytical skills to procurement processes. The individual will ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement of aviation spares while maintaining high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Analytical Skills applicable to procurement functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Familiarity with aviation industry standards and practices is a plus
