The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the frontline driver of pipeline growth. Responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying business opportunities across the APAC region, the SDR generates demand for Oracle solutions and services through prospecting. As the first point of contact for prospects, the SDR engages in meaningful conversations, uncovers business challenges, and positions Oracle’s cloud solutions as the answer. Following up on marketing qualified leads, the SDR conducts discovery calls and nurtures prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle, fueling revenue growth and creating high‑value pipeline. The SDR works closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth, high‑quality handovers that set deals up for success. Additionally, the SDR acts as the first contact for many prospects via inbound calls, chats, and emails, qualifying Oracle prospects and producing quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force, performing database and record‑keeping activities, and maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM while consistently meeting or exceeding activity metrics, pipeline generation targets, and other performance KPIs.
