Our client is a forward-thinking international school in Seremban, embarking on an exciting new chapter with the launch of A-Level provision in August 2026. This is a unique opportunity to shape and establish a new A-Level programme from its inception, working collaboratively with the Head of Pre-University to build a strong academic foundation and culture of excellence.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline

A recognised PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification conferring QTS

A minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role at secondary level

Experience with curriculum development and academic management

Knowledge of A-Level curriculum and assessment is desirable

Ability to develop and implement academic policies and procedures

Experience in quality assurance and school improvement initiatives
