ROLE OVERVIEW As a Data Fulfillment Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our customer and operational databases. You will support the end-to-end data lifecycle from data entry and validation to monitoring automated data flows while developing a solid foundation in data governance, quality control, and process improvement. This internship offers valuable exposure to real-world business operations, automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and data compliance practices, equipping you with practical skills relevant to roles in data operations, business analytics, and digital transformation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Data Management : Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in internal systems, ensuring data completeness and consistency -Verification and Validation : Review source documents and perform cross-checks to verify accuracy of information. Identify data gaps, duplications, or inconsistencies and apply corrective actions -Quality Assurance : Assist in developing and applying data quality control procedures to maintain data integrity across various systems and reports -Process Monitoring : Track and monitor Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows, report anomalies, and work with supervisors or technical teams to troubleshoot issues -Workflow Optimization : Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in data workflows and suggesting practical enhancements. -Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Product, and IT to support data-related projects or requests    LEARNING OUTCOMES -Gain hands-on experience in managing data throughout its lifecycle from collection and input to verification, storage, and usage in reporting and analysis. -Learn how to detect and resolve inconsistencies or errors in datasets, reinforcing the importance of data quality and governance. -Build proficiency in enterprise platforms such as data entry tools. -Understand how RPA supports operational efficiency and learn how to monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows. -Learn methods to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. -Develop the ability to prioritize tasks, manage data volume, and meet deadlines in a structured and process-driven environment. • Fast typing skills  - Familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheet (Ms Office Word, Excel and etc)  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  - Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.  - Candidate must possess good analytic skills and detail oriented.  - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and good analytical skills  - Able to work as a team player with a positive mind-set.  - Good time management and result oriented.
