Business Development (Japan, Korea, MENA, South America, and South Africa)

Manage team schedules, meetings, and communications.

Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and business correspondence.

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and opportunities.

Analyze competitors and provide insights for business strategies.

Support strategic planning with relevant market data.

Identify and qualify new business leads.

Support proposal development and client outreach activities.

Maintain lead database and track engagement progress.

Country Expansion Support

Assist in researching new market potential and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with teams to support market entry and expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with teams to support market entry and expansion projects.
  • Key Skills & Qualities

  • Fluent in English (required) + one of these languages : Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, isiZulu are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, market research, administrative roles, or a related field.
  • Malaysian citizen or holds local spouse visa will be a priority.
  • Proven track record of supporting business expansion efforts in diverse markets is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinking and ability to personalize outreach and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM, social platforms, messaging apps).
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
