Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Purpose of the role : Managing a team of Account Managers and drive business growth for accounts under GLC Cluster. He / she is responsible to drive profitable revenue and increase market share for Connectivity, Converged Services and Solution offerings.

What are you accountable for?

  • Drive a motivated team to achieve business goals
  • Achieve a set of financial targets (Annual Contract Value, Collection, Billing)
  • Prepares a detailed sales strategy outlining the Account Plans, forecasts and pipeline management
  • Work & engage with internal stakeholders to develop action plans to ensure account strategies are executed upon
  • Accountable for Senior Leadership & C-level engagement strategy to set a strong business foot print in the industry
  • Understand market and its ecosystems
  • Understand products, technical concepts and able to communicate viable and appealing propositions
