Job description

We are a small but growing legal firm based in Subang Jaya. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sub-sale, developer, loan, and discharge cases independently.
  • Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and relevant authorities.
  • Prepare documents and monitor file progress to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of conveyancing experience .
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Familiar with LHDN portal bank portals and land office procedures.
  • Responsible, diligent, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Friendly working environment.
  • Convenient office location near LRT and BRT stations .
