Overview
As a Sales Associate of Emporio Armani, you will represent the brand in all facets of style and hospitality as our premium sales team within each store. You will be responsible for delivering the best shopping experience to each client and upholding the highest level of service.
Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassador
- Represent the brand by upholding its values and standards.
- Be the first point of contact for clients, offering exceptional service while showcasing the latest collections.
- Deliver an extraordinary brand experience and foster long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in choosing the best products for their needs, offering styling advice.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide clients with expert advice on new arrivals, promotions and exclusives.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals by effectively promoting and selling products.
- Handle transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Client Management
- Develop strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
- Maintain customer profiles and preferences to offer recommendations and build a loyal client base.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Business Monitoring
- Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to management to optimize product offerings, promotions, and marketing efforts.
- Ensure that store performance is aligned with brand standards, striving to exceed targets.
- General Store Conditions
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, visually appealing and aligned to brand VM standards.
- Ensure that products are replenished regularly as necessary.
- Back Office Support
- Assist with administrative duties and BOH functions, including inventory management, stock audits and stock transfers.
- Ensure that BOH is clean and organized for efficient handling of products.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and other operational functions as needed.
- Team Management
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Train and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
Requirements
With at least 1 year’s experience in fashion retail, preferably from luxury brands.Presentable, energetic, self-motivated and a team player.Sales driven and customer oriented.Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
