Job description

We are currently seeking an intermediate or entry-level ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER in our PJ office.

Job Summary – Architectural Designer

  • Develops design concepts and architectural drawings based on client requirements.
  • Translates ideas into functional, creative, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
  • Ensures designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborates with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepares detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations for review.
  • Supports the project team through all phases of design and construction.
  • Contributes to delivering high-quality outcomes within set timelines and budgets.

Requirements – Architectural Designer

  • Education : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

    • Technical Skills :

    Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.

  • Basic knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape).
  • Understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices (advantageous).
  • Design Skills : Ability to produce creative and functional design solutions.
  • Communication Skills : Good verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail Orientation : Accuracy in drawings and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Other : Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally in a dynamic work environment.

    • Other Important Characteristics :

  • Good Team Player, Proactive
  • Have good communication skills. You will need to be an effective communicator with all project stakeholders.
  • Can work under minimum supervision. A person with initiative and dedicated to the responsibility given. Works in hand are works to be solved.
  • Doesn't break under pressure. Most projects are fast-track in nature
  • Willing to travel anywhere in the country at any time.
