Software Support Specialist (Cantonese Speaker, Remote Malaysia-based)
We’re hiring a Software Support Specialist on behalf of our Hong Kong–based client , a cutting‑edge construction technology company that’s redefining how projects are managed across the industry. This is a full‑time remote role for providing customer support, technical assistance and troubleshooting software issues in Cantonese.
Location : Malaysia (fully work from home)
Working day / hours : Mon‑Fri, 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm
Salary Range : RM 4,000 - RM 5,500
Responsibilities
- User Account Management : Create and manage user accounts, configure settings, and manage permissions.
- System Configuration : Support users in adjusting software settings and troubleshoot configuration issues.
- Report Customisation : Assist users in fine‑tuning and personalising reports; liaise with developers on complex challenges.
- Customer Support : Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Documentation & Training : Develop support guides and assist with onboarding to ensure smooth user adoption.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement : Collect user feedback and share insights with the product team for ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in customer service or software / system supportStrong communication and analytical skillsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExperience in the construction industry is an advantageProficiency in English and Cantonese is required#J-18808-Ljbffr
