Bachelor’s or master's degree in electrical engineering / mechatronics / computer engineering / or related technical field. Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in software applications and how to configure them. Analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose complex issues. Deep knowledge of automation protocols like secs / gem and TCP commands. Work experience in the semiconductor or similar automation environment. Responsibilities

Troubleshooting secs / gem host issues by verifying the functionality with the latest semi standards. Diagnose root cause for process flow related issues and engineer first solutions. Fine tuning or configuring new recipe parameters / handling profiles for customer scenarios. Create SOP documents for field service engineers to ensure continuous knowledge transfer. Manage released software components to ensure that all machines are up to date.
