Job descriptionTo assist Head of Department in executing and achieving broad requirement of risk management in the ever expanding and challenging role of risk management in MIMOS Group including subsidiaries; and to facilitate the efficient running of the department. -To support the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management frameworks, policies, and practices across the organization, ensuring potential risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and reported effectively. -Assist in the development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, tools, and methodologies. -Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks across business units. -Support risk workshops, assessments, and risk register updates with various departments. -Conduct risk analysis and scenario planning to evaluate the potential impact of key risks. -Monitor and track risk mitigation plans and ensure timely reporting to management and the Board. -Support internal control reviews and risk-based audits in collaboration with Internal Audit.
