Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in HR or any relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Calm, patient, and empathetic when dealing with customers.
  • Basic computer literacy and fast learner of internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptly
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Record and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the system.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback to help improve service quality.
