Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in HR or any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Calm, patient, and empathetic when dealing with customers.
- Basic computer literacy and fast learner of internal systems.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptlyAddress and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions in a timely manner.Record and maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the system.Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.Identify recurring issues and share feedback to help improve service quality.Benefits
