Human Resources Positions at Promac Enterprises

Responsibilities

  • Manage customers’ enquiries and sales order.
  • Manage, prepare, communicate and coordinate delivery schedule with Centralized Logistic Department and update sales personnel.
  • Assist and manage customers’ complaints and surveys.
  • Analyze customer orders pattern and verify with sales personnel.
  • Issuing SAP system documents : Sales Order (SO), Delivery Order (DO), Invoice and Credit Note.
  • Updating suppliers’ invoices and customers payment to Finance dept.
  • Manage and send monthly Statement of Account to customer.
  • Monitor the customer’s credit limit, credit terms, collection and payment.
  • Monitor stock inventory and ensure availability and propose purchase quantity when inventory on hand is low.
  • Ensure inventory is in good quality and condition.
  • Check and audit warehouse if needed.
  • Issue Purchase Order to supplier.
  • Monitor purchased quantity by liaising with the person in charge.
  • Updating inventory record.
  • Undertake projects / duties as and when necessary, in line with the business and company’s needs.
  • Liaise with Warehouse and 3rd party logistics in arranging sales delivery.
  • Manage any problem faced by logistics.

Job Requirements

  • 1. Minimum STPM / Diploma or Above.
  • 2. At least 1 year working experience in related field. Candidate with Sales Admin background will be added advantage.
  • 3. Strong in verbal and written communication.
  • 4. Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • 5. Good in negotiation and customer relationship skills.
  • 6. Good at figures / Mathematical sense.
  • 7. Good command in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • 8. High achievement motivation a with strong desire to learn and grow.
  • 9. Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
