Job description

Job Responsibilities :

To stay informed on the laws governing the unit trust industry.
To conduct research on new funds and distribution channels (both in the domestic and overseas markets).
To undertake regulatory reporting, preparation of prospectuses, product highlight sheets and fund related submissions according to the Securities Commission (SC) requirements.
To ensure timely preparation, registration and lodgement of funds‘ prospectuses, deeds and product highlight sheets.
To review website postings and initiate updates on relevant sections with a view to compliance.
To provide fund information support to frontliners when required.

Job Requirements :

Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in product development and regulatory reporting.

Candidate with less than 6 years of working experience may be considered for a more junior role.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the industry including SC and EPF guidelines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Detailed and meticulous.
