Job description

Perform thorough testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues. -Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. -Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure application reliability. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and user stories. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders from United States / Singapore to report bugs and suggest improvements. -Identify, document, and track issues using bug tracking tools and ensure proper follow-up to resolve them. -Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. -Participate in the release management process to ensure successful deployment of high-quality applications. At least 1 year of relevant working experience with bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. -Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and test management tools. -Experience with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, or similar. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. -Language : English and Mandarin (preferred)
