Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant fields.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in a similar role (preferably within the design, construction, or creative sector).
- Experience in content creation, campaign planning, and basic design editing is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools : Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Business Suite, SEO, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a flair for visual aesthetics.
- Creative, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Additional Notes :
This role functions as part of a shared marketing service within the company group. In addition to supporting Retrobee Design & Build, the successful candidate may also be involved in future business expansions—contributing to marketing strategies, brand development, and campaign execution for new entities or business lines under the group.Please note that the company is expected to relocate to a new office in Bangi within the next 1 to 2 years. The candidate should be open and adaptable to this change in work location.Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Development
Craft and implement marketing strategies aligned with Retrobee’s brand positioning and business objectives.Strengthen brand identity and visibility across all client touchpoints.2. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
Plan and manage digital and offline campaigns to drive high-quality B2B leads.Collaborate with the business development team to convert leads into actual projects.3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
Manage website content, SEO strategy, and online advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).Oversee daily content creation and posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).4. Marketing Materials & Project Showcases
Coordinate production of brochures, tender documents, proposal decks, and case studies.Highlight completed projects through photography, videography, and social content.5. Events & PR Coordination
Plan and manage marketing events, media appearances, expos, and partnership campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.6. Market Research & Trend Analysis
Monitor renovation industry trends, client preferences, and competitor strategies.Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and market positioning.7. Customer Engagement & Retention Marketing
Develop systems to gather client feedback and testimonials.Implement referral, loyalty, or seasonal campaigns to drive repeat business.Benefits
