Job descriptionProven experience as an Odoo Consultant / Python or similar role. Experience in communicating across internal and external organizations. Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements / strategies. Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, UAT plan, and prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams. Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live. Conduct internal testing on configuration / development before releasing for UAT. Create user manuals and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement. Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues. Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements. Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting demos. Prepare presentation slides and MoM in English or other specific languages if required. Manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small- to medium-sized projects. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master's degree in Business Management is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ERP Odoo implementation.
- Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system, including configuration and customization.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
- Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications.
- Work Authorization Requirement : Candidates must have valid work authorization in Vietnam to be considered for this position.
