Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders
• Perform process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Research and evaluate software, tools and automation options
• Create detailed requirements documentation and specifications
• Support solution design, testing and implementation
• Prepare reports, presentations and business cases
• Manage projects and product delivery schedules
• Communicate with various stakeholders and team members
• Testing and Quality Assurance
• Create test plans and test cases to validate solutions
• Perform user acceptance, integration and regression testing
• Document and track defects throughout testing
