Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The MBIC Specialist supports the Lead in delivering exceptional customer experiences at the Maxis Business Innovation Centre (MBIC). This role focuses on executing immersive showcases, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, vendors, and partners. The Specialist plays a key role in creating impactful engagements for SME, Corporate, Government, and Wholesale segments, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to demonstrate Maxis’s ICT and converged solutions.

What are you accountable for?

• Customer Experience Planning & Execution

Assist in planning, preparing and executing customer visits and walkthroughs.

Coordinate MBIC content refresh activities under the guidance of the Lead.

Oversee and manage daily operational tasks, including meeting room bookings and resource tracking.
