Job descriptionDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues. Handle escalations from support teams. Collaboration with Internal Teams Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services. Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation. Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science. Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations. Minimum 3-years working experience.

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide remote support for customers.
Work closely with sales, R&D, and product teams to align customer needs.
Assist sales teams in technical discussions or product demonstrations.
