Senior Network and Security Engineer

Overview

As a Senior Network and Security Engineer (Level 3 / SME) , you will be part of the Managed Network and Security Team, dedicated to improving our customers' environments through automation and optimization. Great customer experience success is measured by our customer systems' compliance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide third level technical expertise and operational support for network and security service requests and issues
• Be the final escalation point for such technical knowledge and expertise
• Lead workshops that identify trends and problems within customer environments
• Develop new solutions that improve our customer environments
• Develop permanent corrective fixes and deploy following appropriate change processes
• Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis knowledge management system
• Mentor junior engineers to help develop their skills
