About the Job

As a Senior Videographer, you will lead the creative execution and visual storytelling of BJAK’s video content across platforms. You’ll drive concept development, manage end‑to‑end production, and elevate the visual quality of all marketing and brand materials. This role is ideal for a hands‑on creator with strong leadership instincts and a passion for crafting visually powerful narratives that connect with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Production

• Lead planning, storyboarding, and execution of high‑quality video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Develop and own creative concepts that enhance brand storytelling, drive engagement, and align with campaign objectives.
• Set visual direction and ensure all content reflects BJAK’s tone, style, and brand identity.
• Produce visually compelling content — from corporate storytelling to fast‑turnaround social videos.
